Jalal Alaoui

An engineer with an MBA in Finance, Jalal Alaoui has built an international career at the intersection of engineering, finance and corporate leadership.

Following extensive experience in banking and financial services, he led international industrial groups in Asia, Africa and Latin America before serving as CEO of an investment fund.

Building on this career, he established and structured Roux Afrique in its current form as an independent group. As Group CEO, he defines its vision and strategy, oversees its governance and leads its international development across Africa and the Middle East.

Aberrahim Lhassani

A DPLG-qualified architect with a Master’s degree in Organisational Systems, he brings substantial leadership experience across the banking, public and industrial sectors.

He successively served as CEO of a holding company operating in the communications sector, CEO of a major public institution responsible for infrastructure and urban mobility, and CEO of a leading industrial group with public-sector ownership.

Within Roux Afrique, he oversees the Group’s operational coordination and leads Roux Afrique Claims.

Souleyman Lhassani

Souleyman Lhassani leads Roux Cyber. After serving as a senior IT executive in Montréal, he joined Roux Afrique Group as Sales & Marketing Manager, contributing to the Group’s business development and stronger institutional positioning.

He subsequently took the helm of Roux Cyber, with a mandate to structure and develop the Cyber Risk Assessment / Cyber Engineering Risk Survey and Cyber Claims Adjusting offering, exclusively in the interests of the insured.

His RIMS-CRMP and CCIS certifications, complemented by cybercrime training with the UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime), together with his technology and commercial experience, enable Roux Cyber to connect digital, insurance and operational issues through a clear, independent and decision-oriented approach.

Moncef Iraqui Housseyni

A graduate of UQAM in Montréal, Moncef Iraqui Housseyni held leadership roles in maritime freight forwarding, logistics and automotive distribution before joining Roux Afrique.

After serving successively as Country Manager and Regional Director for Central Africa, he is now the Group Sales and Marketing Director. He leads commercial strategy, market development and offer structuring across Africa and the Middle East.
